Creating Joy this Holiday Season!

Treat yourself to the gift of a nurturing and encouraging time where you can discover new possibilities for this holiday season, restore your joy and create a beautiful holiday ornament to remind you of what you learned.

What to Expect:

• Brenda will guide you through several exercises, such as journalling, creating a “sunshine diagram” and learning how to apply “the model” to your thoughts.
• You’ll create a beautiful holiday ornament in layers throughout our time together, starting with a stress layer and ending with the beautiful joy you wish to cultivate.
• We’ll share a light lunch together.

All levels of creativity are welcome. (Supplies are included.)

Costs: We ask for an offering to cover the cost of lunch and art supplies. Give what you can.
