There is a longing in my heart
for you to reveal yourself to me.
There is a longing in my heart
for love I only find in you, O God.
If you have felt this longing in your heart — or if you’re missing that longing — a personal directed retreat maybe an opportunity God is offering you.
A silent directed retreat offers conversation with God and with the retreat director who helps you listen to God.
The reason for such a special retreat is to intentionally set aside quality time for you and God to be together and to grow more deeply in your relationship with God.
It is a time to have someone help you notice the movements of God in your heart.
It is a time to get in touch with your feelings, your thoughts and your actions — both in prayer and during the rest of your day.
All the retreat directors are trained and experienced.

We are midway through the Season of Lent. Perhaps it is time to recommit ourselves to our Ash Wednesday promises.

You and I are invited to gaze at the blessed bread and wine during Mass, or later in the tabernacle, and encounter the Son of God. Don’t pass up the opportunity. Gaze through the tabernacle door and see Jesus. This 10-minute meditation invites you into this experience.
