Bruschetta is a super easy, super delicious dish with only a few ingredients. If you’ve never cooked with sun-dried tomatoes before, this recipe introduces them to you. I’m sure that you’ll be impressed with the burst of intense flavor sun-dried tomatoes add to your dish.
This dish works great as an appetizer or a snack for a party, but with the bread, cheese and hearty tomatoes, it can be a meal in itself. Sometimes I will take the tomato mixture and serve it over pasta. Another way I have serve bruschetta is putting the mixture on top of pie crust and baking the whole thing — a pizza pie! It’s wonderful, so many ways, especially when served warm.

The list of ingredients is below, but before we dive into our bruschetta, we also want to share some scripture.
For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me …
— Matthew 25:35-36
All you who are thirsty, come to the water!
— Isaiah 55:1
You who have no money, come, buy grain and eat;
Come, buy grain without money, wine and milk without cost!
Let’s look for opportunities to echo these words in our own lives.
May our love for God be present in this hurting broken world in which we live in today. Come to the table and let’s share each others words, kindness, peace and more importantly our love for one another.
So until next time, ciao and bon appetite!

During November, we celebrate those who have gone before us, our ancestors upon whose shoulders we stand. We celebrate the Feast of All Saints, All Souls Day, Veterans Day, and Thanksgiving Day. We remember their positive influence on our lives.
An Assembling God’s Puzzle video

Using threats, shame and guilt to gain another’s cooperation is expedient but ineffective over the long-run. On the other hand, inviting someone to join us in a common work or goal, respects the other, is more constructive and more often results in substantive and long-lasting change.
