If you have felt this longing in your heart — or if you’re missing that longing — a personal directed retreat maybe an opportunity God is offering you.

For years the Renewal Center has connected retreatants with experienced spiritual directors for three- and five-day directed retreats hosted at our guest house. Now we are offering the same chance to connect with our spiritual directors through a guided retreat, but you can do it from your home.

All people making the retreat will meet for daily group sessions and individual meetings with our trained, experienced retreat directors. The group meetings and prayers will be conducted via Zoom and individual meetings can be conducted via Zoom or the telephone.

You will have the benefit of a shared, small group retreat plus individual spiritual attention, but from the comfort of your home.

What’s the Cost?

Our suggested donation for the three-day directed retreat is $80, but no one will be turned away. Please support us with what you can afford.

Our Spiritual Directors

Kathy Keary, a Precious Blood Companion and spiritual director, holds a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies and is a graduate of the Atchison Benedictines Sophia Center’s Souljourners Program, an intense study of spirituality and spiritual direction. Kathy believes that the Divine is present and active in all of life and encourages others to be awakened to the God in all including the divine within. She enjoys accompanying others on their journey to wholeness discovering the person they were created to be.

Fr. Ron Will, a Precious Blood priest and spiritual director, is a graduate of Catholic Theological Union and Creighton University’s School of Christian Spirituality. Fr. Ron has a special interest in helping form intentional disciples of Jesus, encouraging others to go spiritually deep-sea diving to explore a deeper relationship with God, and walking with people as they dive into the ocean of God’s mystery actually experiencing God rather than simply dipping one’s toe into the water.
